We are delighted to announce Phassima Selanont (Khaotou)'s promotion to Assistant Director, Business Development.
Previously serving as a Group Training Manager based in Bangkok, Phassima is a dynamic communicator with a warm personality and an impressive track record in hospitality. Her professionalism and wide-ranging industry experience make her well-positioned to drive our regional business development initiatives.
In her new role, Phassima will focus on expanding AHS’s portfolio across Southeast Asia, excluding Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. Her responsibilities will include sourcing new leads and projects in Malaysia and Indonesia, supporting the AHS Indochina team, visiting key cities to meet potential partners, building industry referral networks, attending trade events, and conducting market assessments to identify strategic growth opportunities.
We are confident that her proactive approach and deep understanding of the industry will contribute significantly to promoting our group and services across Asia.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Rujiporn Saneewong Na Ayutthaya (Deer) as Assistant Group Training Director at Absolute Hotel Services. Deer brings a wealth of experience from the service and corporate learning sectors. She previously served as Senior Flight Stewardess at Emirates, where she was fast-tracked to a supervisory role in recognition of her outstanding performance. She was also acting Executive Learning & Leadership Development Manager at Siam City Cement, where she successfully designed and facilitated leadership development programmes for business teams across the organisation.
Most recently, she has demonstrated her entrepreneurial mindset and versatility by managing a portfolio of Airbnb properties, further showcasing her ability to lead with agility, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Her diverse background and strong leadership and communication skills will be valuable in strengthening AHS’s regional training initiatives.
Yupa Yutthasetpong (Nong) joins AHS as a Human Resources Manager/Recruiter, bringing her extensive experience in recruitment and hospitality management.
Her previous roles included manager at Asia LHC International, managing recruitment operations across Asia, and executive assistant to executive directors at Nu Chapter Hotels and Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit during the pre-opening stages. She has also contributed to leading hospitality groups, including COMO Hotels & Resorts, Cross Hotels & Resorts, and AccorHotels.
With strong capabilities in talent acquisition, project coordination, pre-opening operations, and executive-level support, Yupa is a well-rounded professional who will play an integral role in attracting top talent and strengthening our HR operations.
Kittiya Kanoknak (Lek) joins AHS as Social Media Manager, brings with her over four years of experience in digital content creation. She is an expert in SEO-driven writing, multimedia production, and data-informed storytelling across various digital platforms. Her strong understanding of audience engagement and branding makes her a valuable addition to the team.
In this role, she will lead social media strategies across the AHS portfolio, develop tailored marketing plans for each property, and produce compelling, on-brand content that enhances visibility, drives engagement, and supports both group-level and property-specific campaigns.
