ABSOLUTE HOTEL SERVICES ANNOUNCES SENIOR LEADERSHIP PROMOTIONS IN QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TECHNICAL SERVICES

Mr. Martin Faist, Vice President – Quality Assurance, announced the promotion of Ms. Phankanlaya Promthong (Benz) to the position of Assistant Director – Quality Assurance. This promotion recognizes her strong leadership, analytical capability, and consistent contributions to maintaining and enhancing brand standards across the organization. In her role, Ms. Phankanlaya oversees quality assurance audits, Mystery Shopper and ReviewPro programs, Green Globe certification initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies. Since joining Absolute Hotel Services, she has also played a key role in strengthening guest communication systems, developing F&B core menu standards, monitoring KPIs, and supporting pre-opening projects.

In addition, Mr. Chakrit Saengkong, Vice President – Technical Services, announced the promotion of Mr. Sakorn Sonchai (Nai) to Director – Technical Services. A long-standing and highly valued member of the organization, Mr. Sakorn brings a strong background in interior design and management, combined with extensive experience in hotel project delivery. He has consistently demonstrated effective leadership, clear communication, and a structured approach to project planning, execution, and pre-opening activities, contributing to the successful opening of multiple hotels across the portfolio.

The Technical Services team plays a pivotal role in supporting Absolute Hotel Services’ global project development, assisting developers from consultant selection through project completion and opening, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, functionality, and design.
