Bangkok, Thailand – (September 1, 2025) – Absolute Hotel Services (AHS), led by Founder/CEO Mr. Jonathan Wigley, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Darika Chaloeithoi as Vice President People & Culture, a strategic leadership role focused on evolving the company’s organizational culture and driving people-centric initiatives across its corporate, regional, and property levels.
Darika brings over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership within the hospitality industry. Her career includes senior roles at Asset World Corporation, The Erawan Group, Thai Smile Airways, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Most recently, she served as Head of Human Resources Business Partner at Asset World Corporation, overseeing HR operations for 23 hotels and 12 restaurants under globally recognised brands.
In her new role, Darika will lead the development and implementation of AHS’s people strategy, including recruitment, training, retention, and employee engagement. She will also oversee the evolution of company culture to ensure AHS remains a preferred employer in the hospitality sector.

Darika holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Chiang Mai University and is widely respected for her innovative HR practices and people-centric leadership.
